A note on one cashier question
Solana casino fees and processing: what each word on the cashier screen refers to
A cashier screen uses four or five words for what looks like one waiting period. Two of them describe the network and two describe the operator, and telling them apart answers most questions about who is responsible for a delay.
Fee
On a deposit, the fee is the network's and your wallet pays it. It has a base part and an optional priority part, in SOL, and the wallet sets both. On a withdrawal it can be the network's cost passed on, a flat charge by the operator, or nothing at all, because arrangements differ. Cloudbet prints a flat amount per route, Rollbit says only standard gas is charged and previews it, and Sportsbet.io says it covers the fee.
Confirmation and pending
Confirmation is the network's word. It means the transfer has reached a stated level of settlement, and on Solana the levels are processed, confirmed and finalized. Pending is ambiguous: it can mean the network has not settled the transfer, or the operator has not yet released a withdrawal. The surrounding text usually tells you which.
Processing
Processing is almost always the operator's word, and it covers whatever the operator does before it credits or sends. BitStarz writes the processing time for Solana as Instantly in both its deposit and withdrawal tables. BetFury attaches 24-72 hours to withdrawals and calls the cause a manual audit by its risk department. Neither says anything about the network.
Why a zero fee is not the whole story
A fee column that reads 0% describes what the operator charges, and says nothing about the network cost your wallet paid on the way in. The two are shown in different places and added up by no one, so the cost of getting SOL to a cashier is only visible in the wallet's own record.
Quick answers
Who sets the fee on a Solana deposit?
The sending wallet. It pays a base fee and may add an optional priority fee, both in SOL.
What does processing mean at a casino?
It is the operator's term for the work between your request or deposit and the money moving. It is not a network step.
