A note on one cashier question
Solana casino game balance: why a fast chain does not move your balance faster
The balance on a casino screen is a number in the operator's database. A SOL deposit changes it once, a withdrawal changes it once, and every bet in between changes it without involving any chain.
Where the number lives
When a deposit is credited, the operator adds an amount to the account. From then on the balance is the operator's record, not an address on Solana. That is why a bet resolves in a second and why a wallet never shows the balance you see in a game.
When the chain does touch it
At two moments: the deposit that funds the balance and the withdrawal that empties it. Between them the speed of Solana is irrelevant, in the same way the speed of a card network is irrelevant to the odds of a hand once chips are on the table.
Why the balance can look different from your deposit
Operators show a balance in the coin you deposited, in a fiat value, or in a unit of their own, and the cashier may convert at its own rate. If the amount shown differs from what you sent, look at the unit first, and then at whether the cashier states a conversion. No operator on this site was read as stating a rate, and none is claimed.
Quick answers
Is my casino balance on the Solana blockchain?
No. It is a record kept by the operator. Only deposits and withdrawals are transfers on the chain.
Does a faster network make bets resolve faster?
No. Bets are resolved on the operator's side and do not wait for any block.
